I used two stamp sets from Simon Says Stamp and I die cut the tops of the cards with the words "celebrate" and "happy" with a die set from My Favorite Things. To get the gradient in the background I water colored some blue using my Geletos. I finished off the card with Some Clear Wink of Stella glitter and some hearts and twine.
